Full Gospel Churches International is a global fellowship of Spirit-filled churches, pastors, and ministry leaders united by a shared passion for Jesus Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom. For generations, we have existed to strengthen the local church, equip leaders, foster authentic relationships, and proclaim the full Gospel to the nations. While our methods continue to evolve to reach every generation, our message remains unchanged—Jesus Christ is Lord, His Word is truth, and the power of the Holy Spirit is transforming lives today. Together, we are building healthy churches, developing leaders, and fulfilling the Great Commission across our communities and around the world.
Personal Relationship
All leaders have a need for relationships where they can be open and accountable. They also need to know that there are others who can stand with them in love and encouragement.
Culturally Relevant
Every leader needs to have times away where they can gain new perspective on what is happening in their church and the church world. In our rapidly changing culture, there is a need to be aware of current trends and how to respond to them.
Ongoing Equipping
Most leaders desire ongoing training and further education so that they can become more effective at what they do. Through the regional conferences, networks, and website FGCI will assist the leader in becoming better equipped to face the challenges of today.
Multiplied Resources
Every leader desires to find resources for the growth and development of their leadership and church, yet researching these can take more time than the leader can give. Through the networks and website, FGCI provides a forum for ongoing discussions on ministry tools as well as providing resource materials for all areas of worship: children, youth, missions, administration, business, worship and more. FGCI also provides access to apostolic ministries and leaders who can provide counsel to leaders who are in need of assistance on any level.
Personal Refreshing
Most church leaders are continually giving out and ministering to others, but who ministers to them? Where do the shepherds have an opportunity to be sheep and receive pastoral ministry? The FGCI conferences are a place where leaders can have time away to receive refreshing and receive personal impartation.
Impacting Network
All visionary leaders have a desire to be a part of something that is going to make a difference in the Kingdom of God. By joining together with other leaders of like vision, they will be able to make a much greater impact on the world and have a greater possibility of realizing the vision that is in their hearts. FGCI international outreach and expansion can be shared by the entire FGCI family.
Local Church Autonomy
FULL GOSPEL CHURCHES INTERNATIONAL has strong convictions regarding the autonomy of the local church. These underlying convictions affect everything that FGCI does and guide every policy that FGCI establishes.
We are a fellowship of pastors and leaders who partner together to build the kingdom of God through the local church worldwide. FGCI was founded in 1972 under the leadership of Rev. Morrison, Rev. Cassidy, Rev. Waterman, Rev. Bartle, and Rev. Gruver. FGCI started with a humble beginning of just a few churches and ministers, yet over the years has grown to thousands of ministers globally, over 100 churches and ministries. We have a footprint in many different nations: Thailand, Mexico, the Philippines, Liberia, Haiti, Uganda, India, and the Navajo Nation.
We exist to partner with pastors and leaders to build the kingdom of God through the local church worldwide. We are a network of pastors and leaders who connect regularly, grow in our leadership, build God’s church, resource churches and contend for the lost to be found.
OUR STRATEGY
A Clear Path to Healthy Pastors, Healthy Leaders, Healthy Churches and Global Impact
At Full Gospel Churches International, we believe healthy churches are built through intentional relationships, leadership development, accountability, and Kingdom partnership. Every church and minister has a place on the journey.
1. BELONG
Become Part of the Fellowship
Membership is more than joining an organization—it's joining a family. Through a simple application and interview process, ministers and churches become connected to a network of trusted relationships, spiritual covering, resources, and support.
"No one fulfills God's calling alone."
2. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Connect Regionally
Healthy ministry grows in healthy relationships.
Throughout the year, pastors and ministry leaders gather in regional events for encouragement, practical leadership training, worship, prayer, and fellowship. These gatherings strengthen leaders while creating lifelong ministry friendships.
3. RECEIVE CARE
Regional Leadership
Every church deserves someone who knows them personally.
Each region is served by experienced leadership teams who provide encouragement, coaching, accountability, prayer, and practical support for pastors and churches.
"Leadership is personal."
4. GROW TOGETHER
Annual General Conference
Once each year our fellowship comes together for one of the most significant moments on our calendar.
The General Conference is a time of powerful worship, Spirit-filled ministry, leadership development, vision casting, ministry credentialing, networking, and refreshing in God's presence.
5. LEAD TOGETHER
Governing Leadership
FGCI is led by proven men and women who serve with humility, integrity, and accountability.
Our Executive Officers, Governing Boards, and leadership teams work together to strengthen churches, protect doctrine, develop leaders, and advance the mission of the fellowship.
6. IMPACT THE WORLD
Global Partnerships
The Gospel has no borders.
FGCI partners with churches, missionaries, and national leaders across the world to strengthen local churches, train leaders, plant ministries, provide humanitarian aid, and reach nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
"From our neighborhoods to the nations."
7. MULTIPLY
International Strategy
Our mission doesn't end with one church.
The International Strategy Team identifies opportunities to plant churches, develop leaders, strengthen ministries, launch initiatives, and expand the influence of Full Gospel Churches International around the world.
We don't simply grow churches. We develop leaders. We don't simply build ministries. We multiply Kingdom influence.
The Journey
Belong → Build Relationships → Receive Care → Grow Together → Lead Together → Impact the World → Multiply
This isn't just our strategy.
It's how we fulfill the Great Commission—one leader, one church, one region, and one nation at a time.
I also have another idea that I think would fit today's websites even better. Instead of seven administrative boxes, it could become a "Leadership Journey" with seven steps that read like a roadmap rather than an organizational chart. It would be cleaner, more modern, and much more engaging for prospective pastors and churches exploring FGCI for the first time.
